Working hours and general shift timings and for manager and above there is different HR policy They get alternate Saturday off and their punch out timings are 6:30 due to this buses left the company at 6:35 ,almost Daily 35 min of normal employee time killed by company because they didn't get any Saturday off and their punch out time is 6:00 pm

It's really good to working in Felix Generics for long-term carrier growth.The culture of the organisation is excellent & work life balance is awesome . There is absolute transparency in the organization & Value system is quite high. i feel it's one of the best organization to doing work.

Work culture is not very good , Management policies are good,companies police's is strict,some employee are not well mannerd but some are very well mannered.growth is avg here .

Engineering department are not supporting All other department are somehow supporting

There is no facility of canteen here. There is no respect for the Engineering technician here. The management here is not correct.

being its a growing firm, give lot of oppertunity to grow, learn, get involved in number of activities and responsibilities beyond your scope of work. decision making is faster. and experience will definately count. if a candidate want to learn grow, then sky is the limit
