Not supporting at all. Didnt pay me a while month's salary, didnt pay me my OPE for the past 6-7 months, didnt even reimburse the actual internet expenditure that I have incurred. While other companies are paying salaries whether they are working or not, this company is not. They are not even laying you off, they want you to resign.

Dislikes

Pathetic and Rude management They don't value about the employee's opinion and their mental health. 6 days working is worst thing. Working hours is extended. Can't leave even if you haven't any work, just keep sitting in office. Managers don't take responsibilities of their team. Partners of the company is too self centered. No Employee benefits. No work from home policy or hybrid model.

It's a nice consultancy firm with lot of qualified people from big4. Quite nice opportunity to work & interact with big 4 and work environment is pretty great with friendly staff and cooperative management. They put on several seminar for skill development and learning new things.

1. Good Work Environment. 2. Good appraisal if you Perform well. 3. Seniors & Partner's are very supportive. 4. Good Work life Balance. 5. Lot's of Training activities happening based on various topics which helps employees to grow himself.

Dislikes

1. Work Pressure is little high depending on Project to Project. sometimes you may have to stay late to complete the Work on time.
