its worst company in my career , do not join they give fake commitment and they treated employee like a labour. zero vision specially national manager and HR is fool. i first time saw national sales manager without mBA degree. they hired old age executive above 45, they have 6 person team handling all india😂 national manager also working like ISR please do not join this company its not a company its a agency (distributor) and the last they dont give you your FNF and accountant is very bad he treated employee like beggar

The environment here is like one big modern family. Everyone contributes and learns at every stage. The management is super co operative and open to feedback too. You feel belonged to. The agility to changing times and positiveness is also great.

-when you go for the first we see is infrastructure and only this thing is quite good and that's the trap. - staff is quite supportive.

- you will find here dominating collogues (I said major not all) - Many a time your main work is kept by side and other work will handover to you by top management in the name of "you should have learning mindset" for e.g., if you are working in accounts then HR & Logistics work will give you forcefully (firstly they will say " this responsibility for some time and they will Strech it as much as possible") - mainly the owner has pathetic mindset about employees he treats all of us as slave (like pick glass from table, open door for guest and for them too. - forgot your self respect while working with this company. - now i will share my experience - i work in this company for approx. 1.5 year ( Rajputana agencies pvt ltd- as the owner & HR of both company is same ) - and while leaving company i don't want to leave like others (without completing notice period & without telling them) so i drop mail of resignation to HR , my manager & Owner) - i was all clear to my manager that i got good opportunity and i will complete my all pending work and will give smooth handover. - the owner at that evening come and started doing drama in front of all office stating " how dare you to mail without telling me & i will take care that you will not get any job after this , and will spoil your career. - after that he forcefully signed a letter with subject " non solicitation & non competence clause" - forcefully means there are 2-3 peoples, they got order in front of me that "don't leave him unless and untill he signed on letter"

Enduring a workplace where the boss treats employees like slave is nightmarish experience. The lack of respect, constant fear and disregard for well being have far reaching consequences. its crucial for organization to prioritize a healthy work culture where employees are valued and treated with dignity.
