Salary hikes are pathetic, you can hardly get 600rs to 1500 rs hike per year. Expensive machines and competation companies are very strong. No employee friendly policies. Top level management people are very rude. No career growth.

Almost nill growth in salary.. strick policy for basic pay of below 15k for everyone from 20k monthly package employee to 50k monthly package Employee( bz gratuity calculatation done on basic pay)

The working culture is toxic in this organisation. They are like aane ke time to fix hai jaane ka fix nahi hai. If you come late then half day cut. But if you in the office till 9 pm so this will not compensate. If you on holiday they just call you yo do an work.

Felder machine quality is good, huge amount of material available to understand the machines and the industry. Colleagues are always helpful, It feels like family.

Increament structure. Growth Structure.

Overall you will get a work-life balance but no growth opportunities at all. If you are fresher then it's a great company to learn but if you want to build a career, want to go ahead in life this company is not for you!
