Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. There are some benefits like a nice environment, less work pressure.

Dislikes

The owner has no clue about what he wants. He’s very dominating and it makes you feel uncomfortable as a fresher. He comes up with new things everyday and expects you to do everything. There is no pattern of work. He asks you to stay back whenever he wants to for no reason at all. And if you don’t do what he wants you to do EXACTLY or if you have an opinion ? You’re asked to leave.
