I've been working at Feedback Infra Pvt Ltd as a Civil Site Engineer for some time now, and I have mixed feelings about my experience here. Likes: 1. Dislikes: 2. However, there are certain aspects that I find concerning. Firstly, the issue of receiving salaries on time has been a recurring problem, and this has caused financial stress for many employees. Additionally, the lack of opportunities for promotion and appraisal has been disappointing. The delays in salary disbursement only add to the frustration. In conclusion, Feedback Infra Pvt Ltd has a lot of potential to be a great place to work, given its positive culture and learning opportunities. However, addressing issues like timely salary payments and career advancement would significantly enhance the overall employee experience.

...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

At Feedback Infra Private Limited, there's nothing to like, just last month they had a video call on which they said that they'll pay our salary regularly on 2nd -3rd and then they started paying late already, what was the point of video conference if they can't keep their side of their promises. It's a really bad company, the payment is irregular plus the December salary is also stuck which we don't have any idea when will we get. It's really risky to work here

Everything from payment structures to upper management. Non cooperation of upper management with lower staff and the main major issue is the payment of salary which they never paid on time. I think the better option would be to close this company

The only benefit is flexible timing

Never pay salary on time....also hold salary upto 6 month and not providing work from home even hard time when you don't have money either you came office or take a LWP.

Ever since I came, I have seen that the company is good in terms of learning work, employees help each other, I like it.

...hing to note is that the company High level whit the employees their behaviour is not good and the salary issue remains.
