Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

At Feedback Infra Private Limited, there's nothing to like, just last month they had a video call on which they said that they'll pay our salary regularly on 2nd -3rd and then they started paying late already, what was the point of video conference if they can't keep their side of their promises. It's a really bad company, the payment is irregular plus the December salary is also stuck which we don't have any idea when will we get. It's really risky to work here...Read More

Everything from payment structures to upper management. Non cooperation of upper management with lower staff and the main major issue is the payment of salary which they never paid on time. I think the better option would be to close this company
