1.Project Manager are not supportive. They are not cooperating with junior staff and salary & advance travel expenses claim also to much delayed. 2.Salary are also delayed. 3. Expenses claims not approved by project manager on time. 4. Management not supportive. 5. Senior always blame to junior staff. 6. Too Much workload. 7.If junior staff doing workhard but not appropriate from management & seniors also.

They not supporting there employees through covid-19 lockdown they did not give salery even employees are working from home

...few months they denied to give travel expenses. They provide Salery always late. They give salary always 1 month late

This company is now started one aap systems which is firstly started in our company . Now a days company offers some exiting offers and good atmosphere for employees

At Feedback Infra Private Limited, there's nothing to like, just last month they had a video call on which they said that they'll pay our salary regularly on 2nd -3rd and then they started paying late already, what was the point of video conference if they can't keep their side of their promises. It's a really bad company, the payment is irregular plus the December salary is also stuck which we don't have any idea when will we get. It's really risky to work here

Dislikes

Everything from payment structures to upper management. Non cooperation of upper management with lower staff and the main major issue is the payment of salary which they never paid on time. I think the better option would be to close this company
