...n't know how to manage thing. (Applicable to HR, Account and Project Manager) 4. They have very special type of salary distribution system. It is called " Jab tumhare project se paisa aayega tab tumko salary milega". 5. If you join this company forget about career growth. 6 There are many more but can't write at all.

...motivated fresher and junior staff,no difference in between seniors and juniors. Salary come at timely provide medical claims card for a family. Yearly appraisal provides staff.I have get satisfactory work in this company.

If company hasn't worked company has been demobilized staff, and if company has found new work again recalls staff.

Salary is delayed by 2 months, No fix date to get salary. Poor quality work, too much projects to handle

Vendor Management- The Company delays the payment and sometimes doesn't pay the vendor , for which Vendor will start chasing and abusing on phone and can manhandle you at times because of non payment.

At Feedback Infra Private Limited, there's nothing to like, just last month they had a video call on which they said that they'll pay our salary regularly on 2nd -3rd and then they started paying late already, what was the point of video conference if they can't keep their side of their promises. It's a really bad company, the payment is irregular plus the December salary is also stuck which we don't have any idea when will we get. It's really risky to work here

Everything from payment structures to upper management. Non cooperation of upper management with lower staff and the main major issue is the payment of salary which they never paid on time. I think the better option would be to close this company

The only benefit is flexible timing

Never pay salary on time....also hold salary upto 6 month and not providing work from home even hard time when you don't have money either you came office or take a LWP.
