I have worked here in Highway Department for 2 to years, current situation I can there is nothing to like

While in working with feedback I encountered many issues 1. The most critical is salary delay of nearly 3 months on junior level. If are on senior position it's gone up to 6 months salary delay. 2. I'm working in highway department, for many project have to go on site survey. During site survey you require money for expanding on site in cab, hotel, food etc. Company send you to work on site telling that you get advance money tomorrow or day tomorrow but they don't give easily you feel like that you are begging for money. It gives the feel that you the project is not of company it's your, the management is worst you don't have money in pocket due to salary delay and they don't give you money easily for expanses during site visit. 3. There is no focus on training on software etc. They will told you I have hired you to work not to train you. 4. After resign you will get full and final settlement money after more than 1 year. 5. The management of company is worst. 6. There is no value of employees in the company. So decided carefully before joining the company

At Feedback Infra Private Limited, there's nothing to like, just last month they had a video call on which they said that they'll pay our salary regularly on 2nd -3rd and then they started paying late already, what was the point of video conference if they can't keep their side of their promises. It's a really bad company, the payment is irregular plus the December salary is also stuck which we don't have any idea when will we get. It's really risky to work here

Dislikes

Everything from payment structures to upper management. Non cooperation of upper management with lower staff and the main major issue is the payment of salary which they never paid on time. I think the better option would be to close this company

...ce is never bothered about the site situation. They just hire you and forget. 2. Get ready for delayed salary which may go upto 3 months. 3.Head office is always busy in thinking of new ways to deduct employees salary 4. They deduct your salary in the name of leave encashment and retention amount and never pay it. So, think twice before joining the organisation

...n't know how to manage thing. (Applicable to HR, Account and Project Manager) 4. They have very special type of salary distribution system. It is called " Jab tumhare project se paisa aayega tab tumko salary milega". 5. If you join this company forget about career growth. 6 There are many more but can't write at all.

this company have a very good working culture and have a bright future for us

Dislikes

compensation is decent growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. sometimes I have to work 14-15 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calla in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
