Worst leadership in FedEx supply chain in India. Highly political and unprofessional environment. Leadership won’t respect employees and mislead or do politics within teams. HR is useless and puppets in management. Management can threaten to fire you or trigger to fire you, if you are not participating in politics and do so whenever. They create problems on relieving and experience after you leave. Worst ever experience. Do not spoil your career by joining FedEx. Do not fall for brand. They don’t have values and ethics. You can join if you are relative of someone there or if you compromise worth ethics.

GSTATS and supply chain are worst organisations to work for in FedEx India. Unless you are relative of someone there. Its hard to find good leadership and work ethics there

Everything. The managers were always ready to listen to our problems and contribute. They do value the employees and care about their well being. There are training modules so that workers could upgrade their skills. The HR is very good. It is also very safe for women. The work is totally honest. You're never ever expected to cut corners just to achieve an outcome.
