...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.

The hr and admin is well managed.

Dislikes

They make you work like a slave doing menial tasks. You are forced to do overtime at very menial pay. No job growth. Lots of politics and no support from team leaders or management. All of the good people have left over the years. They will harass you even for taking 2-3 minutes longer loo breaks. People are treated like shit and their customers are too. They underhire and customers don't get their updates on time and all the blame goes to people at the lowest end of the foodchain- the customer care are delivery agents.

Manager name as Dominic he think that he was giving to salary to employees. Very rude behavior. No career growth do only cut copy paste work .pathetic no learning at all .

No Job Security, work pathtic because of lots company work on same floor,, management not work on depth ,policy not belong to India ?

Training is good based on job activity,carrier groth tough ,salary not upto market standard, as well appraisals, travel limited positions only,, environment not good at all because HR /Security dept,pressure,work life balance is ok..

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts technology.i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality productand has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours work straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths,which is why i have to tack back my suggestions most of the times.
