...d say that maybe one or two are decent, while the rest are completely worthless. There is never an issue with salary here; it is always credited on time on the 25th of every month. Job security is also quite good—unless the managers and team leaders decide to interfere. But then again, making cheap moves is their daily habit.

"I’ve never seen such a toxic work environment before. Ever since the management change in the Delhi FedEx Trace Clearance process, everything has gone downhill. The new manager, Pooja, has no real leadership skills—her only focus is targeting employees, making their lives miserable, and planning how to get them fired. She has zero empathy, no decision-making ability, and absolutely no concern for the well-being of the team. Employees are being pushed into PIPs and LOCs just to satisfy her ego. And as if that wasn’t enough, even something as basic as leave approval has become a nightmare. It doesn’t matter if someone has a family emergency or personal crisis—these so-called leaders act like they own our lives and decide how much of a break we 'deserve.' The work culture, once filled with teamwork and celebration, has turned into a place where employees feel demotivated and constantly on edge. FedEx is supposed to be a company that values its employees, but with such leadership, all those values are being destroyed. It’s beyond frustrating to see hardworking people being treated like this while incompetent leadership continues unchecked. If things don’t change, this place will lose its best employees—because nobody wants to work under such pathetic and toxic managements "This place has become a living nightmare. The management is toxic, the workload is unbearable, and there’s zero respect for employees. No matter how hard you work, you’re only met with harassment, unfair treatment, and constant mental stress. The so-called leaders are nothing but power-hungry, incompetent people who thrive on making others miserable. There’s no fairness, no support—just pure exploitation. If you’re here, you’re stuck in a system designed to break you."
