Decent pay, lot of free time as very less work (if you like working less), brand focused company.

Dislikes

No work satisfaction, very slow growth and learning opportunities. Huge pay disparity. Ultra slow process. Redundant job roles. Poor technically skilled senior folks - FSD 3 and above. Bottom line not a developer first / developer friendly company.

The pay is good and rest everything is something of a serious concern here.

First and foremost is that the company management is not transparent at all. They’ll not give any details clearly to you. The HR is the worst where they don’t know any specific process as well. You have to keep nudging them to get things, they’ll work on things only if there’s a follow up.
