Good work culture and enviornment, its 5 days working here with plenty of leaves. Company policies are decent.

The hr and admin is well managed.

Dislikes

They make you work like a slave doing menial tasks. You are forced to do overtime at very menial pay. No job growth. Lots of politics and no support from team leaders or management. All of the good people have left over the years. They will harass you even for taking 2-3 minutes longer loo breaks. People are treated like shit and their customers are too. They underhire and customers don't get their updates on time and all the blame goes to people at the lowest end of the foodchain- the customer care are delivery agents.

... was 100% but after the pendemic they ramdown the process and we lost our jobs , though they had ask me to relocate some other city in the same post and with little hike in salary, which was not sufficient enough to survive since I am the only earning member in my family. It was just a badluck for me to left this company.

Manager name as Dominic he think that he was giving to salary to employees. Very rude behavior. No career growth do only cut copy paste work .pathetic no learning at all .
