You will not have much hectic work to complete on a daily basis , because they have no clients or solid work. So most of the time you sit idly without much work coming in. So u can have the work life balance. Also they hire anyone who speaks average English.

Dislikes

Everything. They follow different protocols for different employees. If you have an offer and put down ur paper , u ll asked to buy out ur notice period if u propose for notice period negotiation. That’s how they make money. Or if u r ready to serve notice period, they ll leave u in a day or two. I have seen massive lay offs happened. Like job security is a joke in this company. This is a start up , but I don’t see it growing solidly. This company is ending up no where. If we associate with it in a long run , we are going down too.

I love the team-oriented culture at federal soft systems. everyone is incredibly supportive and helpful, and it's clear that everyone is working towards a common goal. Federal soft system is a good place to work.The management is very supportive and friendly to the employees, they provide proper guidance for all the work related needs..the management is always there to solve problems if we are facing any issues we can reach to them anytime...i am happy to be part of the federal soft system family.

In Federal soft systems work culture is awesome and company policies are pretty cool and Management people friendly in nature they give proper guidance to employees regarding all work related need's I feel safe to be part of FSS family because job security is there for the all the employees .
