...best efforts, I found no professionalism or value in my association with them. Firstly, even after providing a proper resignation, the firm deceitfully withheld an entire month's salary. This unethical behavior further added to my frustration and left me questioning their integrity. Secondly, the lack of growth opportunities within the organization is alarming. if you are looking tarnish your career and waste your time, feel free to attend an interview with them. It's evident that personal development and career profession are not priorities for this firm. Furthermore, the overall state of the company is dismal. It is evident that if significant improvements are not made, the firm will inevitably face closure withing the next five years. The lack of vision and direction is palpable, and it reflects in every aspect of their operations. Lastly, the work environment is nothing short of third -class. there is a complete absence of professionalism, and it feels like a revolving door of employees. The firm fails to foster a supportive and nurturing atmosphere for its staff, making it an unfulfilling and demotivating place to work. In conclusion, I strongly advise against any association with this firm. It is a waste of time, effort, and talent. seek opportunities elsewhere where your skills and dedication will be valued and rewarded appropriately.
