I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Average company for beginners Not a good company for Managers and above - lot to rent sealing and ji hajuri ppl including tip HR MNC outlook lala culture.

Lala company Bhai bhatijawad Poor digestion- no room for alternate opinions Ancient mindset and style of working HR has no stand, opinion and is very week in character and position.

The company is started 2011-2012 in chennai plant.this is a MNC based friction plant of automobiles.they are produced good quality parts for export and domestics.they are giving dome much of trained to employee's.

Dislikes

Company growth is very slowly.i have 5+ years working in this company but they are not giving a opportunity .work pressure is high in our production department with unseafty conditions.shop floor discipline is not properly.to hard working outoff shift timing .
