The company is started 2011-2012 in chennai plant.this is a MNC based friction plant of automobiles.they are produced good quality parts for export and domestics.they are giving dome much of trained to employee's.

Company growth is very slowly.i have 5+ years working in this company but they are not giving a opportunity .work pressure is high in our production department with unseafty conditions.shop floor discipline is not properly.to hard working outoff shift timing .

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
