It make you learn more when your colleagues share ideas together, it's job secure if only you abide to the rules and regulations of the ministry, it increase ability especially when do statistical analysis or teacher mathematics and students are interested in your explaining, sometimes, you don't work because of the salary the passion the job pay you or the salary/appraisal give you motivation to work, good working environment in teaching enhance good performance or administrative ensure better results.

Dislikes

Working under pressure, given overtime without appraisal, calling for Late job, the organization or manager do nor recognized your important, no good organization and complaining without correction.
