Work life balance is worst.. if sales is not your thing you wont get any credit for other operational work done by you. Banking is all about selling insurance products

It will pay you well but at the same time you won't be having time to spend that money.

As mentioned, there is no work life balance. You will be having plenty of unused leaves. But still you will not be allowed to take one. Due to shortage of working staff, you will be overburdened. Sales pressure will be there.

If you are lucky enough you will get to work with a very good set of colleagues who will be like family and will extend help in all possible ways. But this experience varies from branch to brach. Don't expect it beforehand

Dislikes

...e work pressure with no appraisal or appreciation. Terrible in case of postings. Will make you work 10-12 hrs a day with same salary and increasing targets.

...from the branch head will be a big task. We need to beg them for own own leave. There is no growth, just as a fresher the salary is good and freshers do come looking for the salary, but there is no career growth or future in the role. There will be so much of pressure from higher authorities to achieve the targets. Whatever it is always number matters . People do forget that there are other banks where the competition is very high. There is no work life balance too There is always pressure from higher authorities rather even they could put their efforts to achieve their targets Bank employees should beg the customers for loan , insurance . Pls change the culture of banking.. Worst culture and i could also give negative ratings if there was so.

+ Company culture is not progressive. + HR policies are not complied with at the branch level. + Job description doesn't match with the responsibilities in reality. + Reporting managers verbally abuses if assigned daily targets aren't met. + Should sell Ageas Federal insurance policies monthly. + Inefficient Sales funnel & poorly equipped functional strategy.
