No proper training given. There is designation of RE and CSE is not fair. Bcoz there should be equal importance given to both sales and operations. My Suggestion was to maintain both the roles given to each staff. Then only coordination of the staff can be possible.rating of sales and ops should be same for every staff. This is my humble request to be consider. If it is done means each one can given sales and also avoid operation deviation.

There is no Training,job security there is no problem,career no growth,salary is in time is good no appraisals, no travel expenses,politics is very important too much politics,no leraning only working, work environments is good

...ed the area as the best in organisation with intact constitutional policy only. Expecting good appraisals and salary growth, and achieved the same for year and half long only.

Being an organisation new to the world, has to sustain to market with policies. But the every quarter changing the policies will effect the business growth and man power may demise.

Good work environment and culture. Importance given to adhere company values.If any one skilful will get a chance express and explore the things. Top management is very good and it's employee friendly company.

...be there.But I want take positive thing's . Can't express drastic career growth.Compensation not so great. Some work culture with in our department needs improvement and confusion with department structure is misunderstood and mis utilised...

... of experience in their field , while working with them I learnt so many things. Company policies are good and they give good salary hike. Happy to work with them.
