Salary given was good.

Dislikes

No proper training given. There is designation of RE and CSE is not fair. Bcoz there should be equal importance given to both sales and operations. My Suggestion was to maintain both the roles given to each staff. Then only coordination of the staff can be possible.rating of sales and ops should be same for every staff. This is my humble request to be consider. If it is done means each one can given sales and also avoid operation deviation.
