Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The managing director is quite impressive in terms of handling whole compony alone but sadly they don't have better workplace for employees they didn't respect any employees, talking with employees in harsh language only, no appreciation for hard work.

Harsh language and poor work life balance it's terrible for anyone who is not familiar with marketing and sales professionals skilled personnel should avoid this company.
