Nothing Itsz totally Fraud Company Were they promise to give Salary and the The Owner Rajni Thakkur & His all time partner Mr Kirti Singh Changes the policies like people changing there clothesz & then they blame aemployees for not completing the targets which isz ethically unfair. They then don't give salary to employees after making them work for 8/9hours for Monthsz.Mrs.Rajni Thakkur Says She isz Running a Febina Jagruti Foundation trust for womensz which isz non profit making organisation but thataz no waysz truth they cheat womensz a lot in the name of original productsz and in the name of Makeup courses.You will never ever find a stable employee there Except few employesz who are totally under the dominance of Mrs Rajni Thakkur.

Only colleagues were good other than that everything was really pathetic.

At the time of interview they have given so many false promises and everything was just fake. From founder she is jist a women who takes advantage of other women by running fake courses and by taking money for same and for the employees as well. Weekly their policies get changed and new rules comes in place. I would really not recommend anyone to work here .
