As usual small politics always be there personal issues are not taken soo seriously. Freshers will be treat like immature by seniors

Great place for female employees.

Dislikes

There is no respect for male employees. Politics will be in all departments. HR's are manager friendly. You can't stay her for more than 6months with toxic managers and department heads. Above mentioned dislikes only applicable for male employees.

Likes

The Job profile, company, Management are good. Good place to start a career. Decent pay and good employee benefits for employees. Management always tries to retain and motivate their employees. Employees will get supported during all kinds of emergency and pandamic situations. The management Will try to support you as much as possible. Main location and normal working hours and fixed weekend ( need to work based on their team requirements only).

Dislikes

No work life balance, employees are expected to be available out of their working hours also and everytime employees Will be called and assigned tasks only at the end of the working hour and they should work on behalf of their superiors also. Internal politics and the way of employees get treated is the only con. Training wasn't proper and blamed for employees for under performing. People couldn't take leave even if they have available leave balance. Management takes all kind of effort for the well being of employees. More than that they should focus on internal politics and should suggest on their higher level employees to respect their team members privacy and self respect.

Worst ever company I've worked so far. Management doesn't know to credit someone of their contribution and experience. Immatured and stupid leadership creating internal politics and problems at work. Unwanted tracking without any actual work/task assigned to resources.

Dislikes

Almost everything. - Work life balance, managers calling and expecting replies in WhatsApp groups. - Internal politics and favouritism. - No transparent appraisal process.

1. We need to focus more on the growth path of every employee 2. We need to reduce the number of disruptive changes to the organisation as people need time to process and adapt to every change
