Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

In Overall experience nothing to like about Fdrvc

Dislikes

Poor management Company politics affects every employee in bad way After leaving the company they don't even provide reliving later to their employees. Even after couple of months of leaving no reliving letter is sent. They change rule when they want that always cause only disadvantages to the employees.
