...g with FDC was good. A good place to learn about sales and marketing strategies. Salary and expenses were low and incentive scheme was not good. I was quit on Feb 2011 but till date I didn't get my full and final settlement amount. I have sent all required documents and property was handed over to my seniors Mr. Abhishek Tiwari. But there was no any response from this Organisation.

Team mates are good Training is very boring Job security level is very high but career growth is not so good, salary and appraisals are very low, not more traveling ,about politics it is everywhere,working is under pressure,but work life balance level is very high

Company brands are well established in rural india. All gp practitioners write most brands of fdc.

After giving 8-10 lakhs of targets company will give only 12-15 k salary in which is is impossible to survive. There is no career growth. Job location tracking is always on so that they can easily harass company. Very bad working atmosphere. Large targets are un achievable. Please don't join this company you will be mentally harassed

Getting Salary in time Company in not the part of "All India Pharma Union" so flexibility in field Working.

Unnecessary formats. Every Sunday you have to give 3-4 Hrs on laptop screen. Daily late night irritating messages on WhatsApp group by Sr. Management Unethical Sales Pressure Poor allowances
