Ethicalbase company with qaulity product .electral and enerzal identity of FDC . Best thing is company nerver deduct employee salary and sattlement amount in wrong senerio.

Has good opportunities to learn and develop yourself. Culture is good also has sport and cultural day celebration in office so environment is not boring. Extracurricular activities has it own importance company. One can learn technical things more properly in FDC.

Like all Indian compnies FDC also has problem of salary. They offer very less bonus as part of increment.

...g with FDC was good. A good place to learn about sales and marketing strategies. Salary and expenses were low and incentive scheme was not good. I was quit on Feb 2011 but till date I didn't get my full and final settlement amount. I have sent all required documents and property was handed over to my seniors Mr. Abhishek Tiwari. But there was no any response from this Organisation.

There is no settlement after resignation.

Team mates are good Training is very boring Job security level is very high but career growth is not so good, salary and appraisals are very low, not more traveling ,about politics it is everywhere,working is under pressure,but work life balance level is very high
