The reason of non settlement is the channel partners didn't pay the dues - there are few staffs in the organization still in payroll with salary cut. ...nagement will never help you out on any situation only giving you fake comments. They will deduct your salary instant if you make any mistake in your work or you received any debit memo from airline even if there is no error from your side. Managers here doing nothing only attending meetings. 6 days working and frequently doing townhall which does not add any value in employee carrier.

Management not having knowledge and sense to how to manage work load and Big Corporate companies.. company software not good for work. Every time systems not working properly. No work life balance.

...here employees as per company system. My company has fallen me in LWP from july. Before that we Have start getting half salary from april 2020, we get informed about this cutoff through mail and we also agreed cause we have also the responsibility to support our company in this pendamic situation. But now i am employee in leave without a salary by the decision of the company.
