Biggest fraud Lala company that bend rules according to their will.Most of the people are aimless don’t know what they are building and why.

... ccm these two are very dangerous. They play with people reputation and careers. They threaten employees and management is no one because it’s a Lala company and they don’t release salary even after leaving the company.

- Salary comes on time. - Work life balance is good for me till now. - Flexibility to do WFH as and when required. - They have quarterly and annual rewards. - Some benefits like company paid lunch. - Fun events are also organised. Over all company culture is fine.

Dislikes

- There are no monetary perks like Annual Bonus, Performance bonus or any other. You just need to be happy with your salary. - There are very few parking slots so you need to park your four wheeler in paid parking. - For annual appraisal I can't comment as I have just completed 6 months here. - Company should work on infrastructure, as there are problems with systems many times.
