Dislikes

...s not to blame anyone. Management should make category for all worker and staff. Should make list of skill, semi-skill and helper and pay the wages as per the category. If we don't this may make impact on product. Exp. If any one get same wages for skill and semi-skill. Think that is skill person give his 100% effort to orgaination. Management should take care who is working and how much working and do needful asap per their work and experience.

Here we could feel much familiar ambiance. Leading firm in flameproof & weather proof equipment. we could have reliability on it across all type of product whether it is enclosure (junction box) or FLT LED light fitting product.

Dislikes

Some time i would like to manifest my opine on work culture and management that it must be productive on individuals. However, I believe that few new policy should revolutionized for creative and innovative point of view. On another hand, implement some new policy of hiring process. Always took creamy people for better upgradation.

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?
I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
