I liked the experience of having an opportunity to put into practice my banking experience in the previous Banking Institution I had worked for. I also developed my Project Management desire and skills to a very high level because I had to lead in IT projects that were implemented by the Institution.

Dislikes

As a new organization in a highly inflationary and unstable economy security of employment was not guaranteed. Remuneration was satisfactory in the sense that they catered for employee children education and also provided interest free education loans for the employees who were interested in furthering their education.
