yes i feel myself lucky that i used to the part of this esteemed organization, so far as its security work culture management company polices are concern every thing was up to the mark

As i said already every thing was up to mark except the salary package that i could meet even the basic necessities of life.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love this but starting salary is very low and not give many benefits give only little benefits working hours company level only 8 hours but branch management level 12to 14 hours.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but not growth. Rider is only Rider and tea boy helper, My working 12 to 14 hours in audit day no day off, some time l m so late night at 11 pm but I m so happy Faysal Bank is very good working place

I work faysalbank for five years and when I lifting bank 508 millions and now bank on just 240m it's only that management didn't call to me that way you lift bank

There is very strong communication gap between the management and staff
