The salary is good and free for both cabs. Work from home

Dislikes

Lay off and work pressure they expect you to work like 10 years of experience person. Senior Will give them to you they don't understand Even you are having the more tasks daily. DFL is internal politics I don't recommend you to work

There is good work life balance with ample amount of time left in a day.

  • Job security - Good

Dislikes

The company does not pay upto market standards. There is lot of difference in pay scale. There is close to 100-200% difference in the pay scale. The people in this company dont really welcome change. They are not really interested in upskilling themselves and developing more secure and faster applications. They still rely on outdated technologies and even out of support languages.

It's one of best place to start career learning wise.

Dislikes

Salary, bonus, benefits totally outdated, managers keep eyes on your breaks like pakka Indian culture. Bonus salary hike not for hard workers it's only for bucket employees. This company has one of the worst cab services for who work in night shift.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to join this company.

Dislikes

... company. The owner is not friendly salry is not good for even a single person. You have to pay fule from your side. Is anyone customer find in your known circle, you won't get any kind of commissione. All over thing is just dont.
