Like safety guards, emergency stop, light curton and more . Then 2nd thing I like is system. Everything happened in Faurecia is completely systematic, like top 5, documents work, operator guidence. Then quality, Faurecia produce the best quality parts for customer Satisfaction. Our goal to be achieve six sigma. We have 7qb for best quality.

Company is overall good. But the problem is our salary. Salary is very low. I expect more than current salary I get.

- healthy work culture - seniors and mentors willing to teach and support as needed - leaves are approved easily - good appraisals if performance has been good (depends on market)

- poor salary - some teams work outside of work hours depends on the manager and sometimes is unavoidable - not much exposure to testing and product
