...am was just amazing, but we were supporting functions. Job security is not 100%. Never knew anything about politics so I assume there's none, salary and appraisal are okaaaaaaay. Work-life balance is such that they give you leaves on record but if you take leave actually then your the one to blame for losses and will affect your appraisal. If you do 10 day over time you won't get any compensation and if you take the compensatory-off you would be questioned. You would love you work but you won't have a personal life at all. Great Career growth opportunities are there although. They definitely do appreciate innovative thing.

Weekly off is sort of joke here. But it's fun to work even on Sundays

- healthy work culture - seniors and mentors willing to teach and support as needed - leaves are approved easily - good appraisals if performance has been good (depends on market)

- poor salary - some teams work outside of work hours depends on the manager and sometimes is unavoidable - not much exposure to testing and product
