Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable , high quality products and has Pakistan Army client base.As a result I get travel nation wide and have very close co-relation with Army retired persons.

Compensation is decent but working in shift routine,ready for work 24 hours after duty time always on-call its very painful some time because leave family function and other events if have call during that time.
