...for. The owner, who fancies himself as a know-it-all, couldn't be more clueless. Not only does he spout nonsensical rhetoric about Indians and Indian companies, but he also consistently fails to pay salaries on time, citing the most absurd excuses imaginable. It's as if he's mastered the art of incompetence. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this debacle of a company unless you enjoy being undervalued, underpaid, and utterly disrespected. And abuses all the ex employees in front of present ones speaks such un parliamentary language like a road side nomad

There are no good thinks to tell about this place .

- Salary is not given in proper time some time salary are not put for months and they will fire employees if you ask them why are we facing this kind of problem and you will not be getting the money for which u have worked for . - Work life balance is not at all there in this place the CEO thinks we are his slave how need to work for him day and night if you have to leave early or what to tack leaves there will be a lot of problems which you will have to face and also the granted leaves are not given to you every time there get cancelled in the last movement you will have to work for all 7 days no off at all . - Some time the you will be doing some other work which is not in the JD like u will be working as a delivery person , office boy , system admin and some time graphic designers are asked to do development work if you say don't know then you are insulted by CEO in front of everyone. - AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THE CEO BAD MOUTHS THE COUNTRY HIS IS FROM AND FROM WHERE IS MAKING MONEY AND ALL ARE BAD MOUTHED BY HIM AND THE CUNTRY IS ALSO CALED THE SAME. - and so on the best think you can do is not join this place at all if you want a life .

There are opportunities for learning if there are projects.

Dislikes

The management is not capable of introspecting and is not open to criticism. They expect a newbie to solve something that 15+ years experienced people should. The management use their intelligence in scamming their employees of their money. If only they could ge more projects using that intelligence, this could be considered an average workplace.

The employee are really helping each other to grow. Even the HRs are good and they try to solve problems of employees.

Dislikes

There are 2 nonsense people there. One is technical lead, who is egoistic (always telling others that he is a ISRO level person), and the other is boss (CEO), who can fire anyone if his mood is not good. The CEO does not know that the technical lead fool him, in the name of training the candidates. CEO blindly believes the technical lead with cross checking anything.

Best company to learn and develop your skills. Job security Work culture is great the they treat everyone as family members.Our management is really good and my last day was completed in Faststream Technologies, I served my notice period on time. So i got all my documents on time. And our CEO is good and friendly with everyone he will be supporting every time.
