Very biased and unclear expectations, unclear KRA and KPIs, company dinners and lunches are mandatory otherwise they will cost you your promotions even if you have just got out of a major ,,Culture sometimes is very toxic.

The Customer bought their watches and within a year the watches got some minor problems because of the quality of the product to improve the quality the customer got satisfaction

It is really pleasure to work with Fastrack, but unfortunately it is franchises store so we are directly recruited by the company, so we dont have much of opportunity to grow in career.
