Talking about the management they are always trying to help you but your point have to be genuine. In one word Fastinfo is one of the best places to work you can find.

They will hire a lot of people and when there is a little crisis they will fire extras or put on No Work No Pay they they will kick you out, Increment is really low, No chance of learning.

However, there is a lot of room for improvement in these areas. That being said, everything else about the company is fantastic. The work environment is supportive, and there are plenty of opportunities for career growth. Management is approachable, and work-life balance is highly valued. Overall, it’s been a great place to develop professionally.
