Timings not so strict Fresher salary is decent but no other benefits

The VP thinks he is the almighty. Employee opinion is never considered important before taking any decision here. Even if you get a good team, the higher management will ensure to micromanage you. Nithun is the most toxic HR any employee can have. Best to not join this company if you want to grow and have a good flexible policy as well.

1.) Good pay for freshers 2.) Some projects are really good to improve the skill and learn business overview/strategies

1.) Toxic team leads/Managers and culture with extreme regional bias. 2.) Internal team partiality and hence accordingly the hike. 3.) No Liberty 4.) THE Worst HR treatment ever

Pay is decent. Work life balance is good. Hybrid work model for now. Work is not much demanding.

Dislikes

Overhiring from college campus. Annual Appraisal is not good. Career growth is not good. Majority of teams work in outdated technology. Higher management needs to correct their priorities & focus on employee problems.

The Learning and happiness of employee is taken very seriously. The experience as an intern was great and a lot to learn there.

Dislikes

The option to go fully remote for those who need it. Better Compensation then most companies but can be better.

Your tech stack , work ,balance is highly manager dependent. With quality work being limited only to few teams. Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Minimal and delayed appraisal, no promotions. Company is extremely strict when it comes to flexibility, have to complete 6 to 8 hours in office atleast depending on team. Have hybrid work mode ,but 0 flexibility after this even if you are sick ,Emergency at home or died.
