Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

1- Salary day is the 15th day of next month 2- Woke life balance is 0. 3- Office management is very toxic. 4- Office timing is Monday to Saturday (10:00 am- 7:00 pm) if you are 5 min late deducted half the salary. 5- No one receives 100% salary, always 20-30% salary deduction.
