...as marked by strict work policy and a high expectation for employee performance. Although i enjoyed my role, there were issues with the communication gap between the organization and the employees and salary credits. Additionally, recent changes in management practices, such as policy shift and salary deductions for sick leave, were concerning and affected my overall impression of the organization.

This is a FRAUD company. Its a SCAM. I am current employee and they havent paid me and my other colleagues past 2 months salary. Pls read google and glassdoor reviews you will know they have CHEATED many of their own employees. FIR against the company is already registered. Dont risk your career and efforts. Strictly stay out of this company.

it is one of the worst place you can work on. the salary is not on time, if we are late for 2 min they will cut half day for the other half we need to cover the whole 9 hours to get the other half day, if anyone is having any personal vendata you can make him join Fashion tv, Except fashion everything is there. if feeling sorry to write this but they are make us do it.

...d. The office staff consistently ensures all the conveniences are taken care of. The salary is credited on time. The working hour is pretty good and manageable.
