Dislikes

Not a single thing to appreciate nor to praise. All monopoly. Management listen only 1 or 2 people’s in this co’, they take feedback from them n decide, they never consider HR Manager view , points or opinions. Working here like a 24/7. They bother u in your weekend also, no good hike , no Co policy, They change the word like anything, you never seen such culture even in small Co’. I really pissed off here. This is the worst Co culture I have ever work from last 22 years of my professional life.
