I joined Farmley as Area sales executive for Indore location in May 2023. Farmley deals in dryfruits and healthy Snacking category. Quality of their products are really appreciable which help Salesforce to approach products in market with confidence. Recently I have resigned but Farmley will forever be in my Heart. Thanks a lot FARMLEY 💐

No organization is perfect, but I don't have anything to say about negative things about FARMLEY.

before entering in lala firm, first check the POSH ACT. i had terrible experience with my so called reporting AVP: Yatin Randev. he (Yatin Randev) always used to seek favors thru his position power in the company and i was reporting to him (Yatin Randev) so my job was in his hand and he sued me when i denied many times despite his ask clearly. tho this incident reported to co founder: Akash sharma & Abhishek, CFO : Rachna Jindal, HR head : female but they all decided to raise performance issue suddenly. no action was taken against accused: Yatin Randev and i got terminated. Interesting thing was he dharmik person, bhakt of durga mata and hanuman and actions matches with rapi*t in power. Ull get only mental and physical health problem while working in lala company.

According to me, In which side i see employees, managers and director are familiar to talk and conversation only.

Dislikes

According to my personal experience, they are non-technical people's. They can't be helped graphic designer in any works. Only put blamed on him. Don't manage his work police in one time they give many works and every works are importants. They could not take manage this situation. They couldn't help to skill and not add extra designer. They couldn't buil his skills only put work's load on his any time, after working an hours.
