Nothing much to mention here except salary was given on time, was not expected to work on weekends.

No learning, digital products are led by bunch of idiots. No real product management, you are expected to find and execute new ways how to fool customers and leach money for rubbish services and products.

Very bad support.Layyed off employees and did not even gave appraisal for this years cycle and terminated employees with no compensation. Although working within some team was great ,great manager.

No employee friendly,lots of politics,self boasting companies.HR does not takes into consideration the views.

Huge politics Appraisal and some new tech work will be given only if you are manager favourite Fired people during covid Some managers put papers in every 2-3 years. This manager also comes at 1 pm and make others frustrate always does back biting. They give salary hikes only to there favorite ones

...e looking forward to make their carrier in travel. It's the beast to start with. Fareportal also have the best pay out incentives.

Work life balance, they tell you that we are eligible for 2 week offs however they will make you work the extra day. No social and personal life is left while working there

... drove me into depression, and there was no support from the company whatsoever. Yes, the salary and incentives can be decent, but they come at a huge moral and mental cost. Your earnings depend on how well you can manipulate and mislead people into paying outrageous prices. This is not a company for anyone who values ethics, personal well-being, or professional growth. Overall, my experience was horrible. I would give this company 0 out of 10 and never recommend it to anyone. If you want to destroy your mental health and lose all work-life balance, Fareportal is the place for you. Good luck if you decide to join—you’ll need it.
