It is a worst company to work with, totally unprofessional environment, team leader embarrasses in front of the whole team and speaks profanity also, zero employee development and growth. Even if you want to rejoin they won't bother and give a call.

I worked with fareportal 5 year due to this pandemic covid 19. They have terminated me without notice and without any compensation. And I was the top performer. If you know how to buttering your seniors than only you can manage to work at fareportal.

I am sorry to say that but i don't think like so i liked anything about this company.

No career growth,not a good salary package and its a management friendly company not employee nobody is their to listen your complaints and problems untill unless your are not on a high designation like Team leader manager and so..its being hard and painful for me to works for 2years with this company.

...yutrip trip are a Lala ki dukan. Because both companies directors(LALA) is same.They gave salary next month of 15-20th after that 8 to 9th reminder.Company not provided ESI,PF and medical facilities. They deduct every month 7000 to 8000 unnecessary from the salary on the name of Lala company policy. Phone have to submitted on Reception. If any people want to spoil his or her life then join this Lala dukan. They are also thieves, they didn't pay if any people resigned from this company.
