...risis. In starting phase of Corona virus pandemic they laid off their employees. Cuts off 25% salary of their employees . Now mostly employees on LWP from last three months. Fareportal not care their employees.

Due to covid 19,farepotal chuck me out for no reason... As per the rules if company terminates they should pay three months salary, but didn't gave anything in writing...

Salary come on time always ..... rest all the things are very bad

Work life unnecessary stress shift Timings ( if you are doing evening shift On Monday , Tuesday u need to come in noon shift , Wednesday u need to come in morning shift , daily shift rotation) , zero time for personal life and bla bla bla and so on

The manager and team leaders are helpful. They have work from home option which is good.

Dislikes

...as not helpful and gave wrong information in regards to resignation formalities.Also policies in regards to attendance and docking of employees salary is very unprofessional and borderline cruel.
