The manager and team leaders are helpful. They have work from home option which is good.

Dislikes

...as not helpful and gave wrong information in regards to resignation formalities.Also policies in regards to attendance and docking of employees salary is very unprofessional and borderline cruel.

Two points I can remember. The IT team is prompt to attend to any issues. The other is the HR team which never delays in one task only and always completes it in time. It is to issue warning letters or to terminate an employee for which there is no delay.

Dislikes

...s of errors committed by the advisor which the advisor is not allowed to defend. If an advisor travels in office transport however cannot avail due to work load suffers money deduction from the pay package towards penalty. During work from home, they will insist of the employee to get broadband services however question of reimbursement for the charges are ruled out.

...any is one of the best company. I have worked almost for 18months in Fareportal. Almost everything is good, people are very helpful and supportive, work environment is great, handsome salary with good incentives, healthy food for free of cost, onetime transport facility without deductions, etc.

...yutrip trip are a Lala ki dukan. Because both companies directors(LALA) is same.They gave salary next month of 15-20th after that 8 to 9th reminder.Company not provided ESI,PF and medical facilities. They deduct every month 7000 to 8000 unnecessary from the salary on the name of Lala company policy. Phone have to submitted on Reception. If any people want to spoil his or her life then join this Lala dukan. They are also thieves, they didn't pay if any people resigned from this company.

... drove me into depression, and there was no support from the company whatsoever. Yes, the salary and incentives can be decent, but they come at a huge moral and mental cost. Your earnings depend on how well you can manipulate and mislead people into paying outrageous prices. This is not a company for anyone who values ethics, personal well-being, or professional growth. Overall, my experience was horrible. I would give this company 0 out of 10 and never recommend it to anyone. If you want to destroy your mental health and lose all work-life balance, Fareportal is the place for you. Good luck if you decide to join—you’ll need it.
